ARMADA Law Firm is a law firm that works with corporate businesses on complex legal issues.
Our clients include MHP, lifecell, METRO Cash&Carry, MTI and other companies.

We are looking for a lawyer who is ready to work with complex tasks, take responsibility for decisions, and develop expertise in working with business.
Important for this role:
- ability to build effective communication with clients
- ability to find solutions in difficult situations
- responsibility for tasks and their completion
- experience working with legal documents (contracts, opinions, etc.)
- experience in claims and litigation work
- experience in interacting with government agencies
- knowledge of commercial legislation
- ability to work with a large amount of information and meet deadlines
Area of responsibility:
- preparation and analysis of contracts and legal documents
- providing advice to clients
- conducting claims and litigation work
- conducting a legal audit
- preparation of documents for the provision of services
- monitoring of legislative changes
- interaction with government agencies
- participation in professional events (webinars, conferences, forums, publications)

- office in Kyiv
- Work format: priority — office work; hybrid or remote format possible by arrangement
