Overview 2 recruiting center — a component of the Airborne Assault Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, which helps civilians join the Airborne Assault Forces units. Our team consists of experienced managers who have served in different brigades and in different positions — we know the system from the inside and are ready to share this experience. We work with those who plan to serve under a contract or by mobilization: we advise, help with paperwork and accompany them to the unit. Our goal is not just to fill vacancies, but to help everyone find their place: from logistics specialists to combat positions. - conducting claims and litigation work in the interests of the military unit (preparation of claims, responses, objections, petitions, appeals and cassation complaints;
- representing the interests of the military unit in the judicial authorities, in bodies and before persons who enforce court decisions and decisions of other bodies;
- monitoring the implementation of legislation and internal regulatory documents of the military unit.
- consideration and preparation of responses to legal and investigative inquiries, citizen appeals, and official letters received by the military unit;
- legal support for conducting official investigations, concluding contracts;
- providing advice to personnel on legal issues of service and unit activities.
Requirements
- Completed higher legal education (specialist/master in law)
- have at least 2 years of experience in the legal field (including legal consular or advocacy activities);
- welcome: experience in legal representation,
- readiness for service in the combat mission zone;
- ability to work in a team, responsibility and discipline;
