Due to the development of our practice, we are inviting a Middle/Senior level lawyer to join our team, who will support complex projects and protect the interests of Ukrainian and international businesses.

We need a lawyer who:

• Has a valid certificate of the right to practice law
• Has 2 years of work experience in a law firm, enterprise or private practice
• Has experience in protecting and representing business interests, understands the needs of corporate clients and the specifics of their activities
• Confidently represents clients’ interests in courts
• Has experience in preparing procedural documents of varying complexity
• Focused on achieving a practical result for the client
• Works systematically, responsibly and effectively interacts with the team

Area of responsibility:

• Preparation of claims, responses, appeals and cassation complaints and other procedural documents
• Representation of clients’ interests in courts of all instances and state bodies
• Conducting claims and litigation work
• Support for inspections by regulatory authorities and appeals against their results
• Providing oral and written advice to clients
• Monitoring of legislation and case law
• Participation in project teams and management of client projects
• Preparation of publications, expert articles, speeches at forums, conferences
