Vyriy Industries is a Ukrainian Defense Tech company that develops and serially produces autonomous systems for operation in real combat conditions for over 200 units of the Defense Forces of Ukraine. We create technologies that help the Defense Forces of Ukraine gain an asymmetric advantage on the battlefield, and develop Ukrainian solutions that strengthen the technological independence of the state. Today, we are actively scaling: expanding production, launching new areas, and working to ensure that even more effective solutions reach the front. A lawyer position is open in our subsidiary for legal support of operational and contractual activities. Main responsibilities:
- Preparation, verification, approval and legal support of contracts.
- Conducting contractual work and monitoring the fulfillment of contractual obligations.
- Preparation of official letters, requests, responses and other correspondence with government agencies.
- Legal support for inspections and interaction with regulatory authorities.
- Preparation of legal opinions, certificates, claims and procedural documents.
- Conducting claims and litigation work and representing the company’s interests as needed.
- Legal examination of internal documents, orders, regulations and business processes.
- Monitoring changes in legislation and informing responsible departments.
- Advising employees and management on legal issues.
- Performing other core tasks within the legal function.
Basic requirements:
- Completed higher legal education.
- At least 5 years of work experience in the legal field, preferably in the corporate sector.
- Thorough knowledge of civil, commercial, administrative and contract law.
- Practical experience in independently drafting and analyzing contracts.
- Experience in official correspondence and interaction with government agencies.
- Competent written and spoken Ukrainian.
- Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and the ability to work with large amounts of information.
- Independence, responsibility and ability to meet deadlines.
- Confident proficiency in office programs and legal information systems.
It will be an advantage:
- Certificate of the right to practice law.
- Experience in representing the company’s interests in courts.
- Knowledge of English at a level sufficient to work with legal documents.
- Experience in the field of MilTech .
We offer:
- Stable job in a company operating in the MilTech field.
- Salary 60,000 UAH for the probationary period , after its successful completion – 70,000 UAH .
- Standard working hours are 09:00–18:00 .
