Litigation Lawyer @ EQUITY Law Firm

EQUITY team is looking for a lawyer for litigation practice! This vacancy is suitable for a lawyer who wants to develop in litigation practice, the field of corporate law, is ready to take responsibility for the quality of analytics and documents and in the future grow to the level of senior lawyer. For us, it is not a narrow specialization that is important, but strong legal thinking, systematicity and motivation to work with complex cases . Requirements for the candidate Hard skills:

• Higher legal education obtained from a leading university.
• Work experience as a junior lawyer/lawyer for at least 2 years.
• Practical experience in judicial practice.
• Independent experience in preparing legal texts, including procedural documents (claims, responses, objections, motions, appeals, cassation complaints, etc.).
• Skills in in-depth legal analysis of legislation and judicial practice, the ability to form and justify a legal position.
• Experience working with contracts of varying complexity, including risk analysis and preparation of amendments.
• Experience or understanding of corporate law, antitrust law and/or tax law, participation in supporting complex investment projects is an advantage.
• Having a bar certificate or being in the process of obtaining one is an advantage.

Your area of responsibility:

• Preparation and processing of documents within the company’s projects (including procedural, claim, contractual, analytical, and others).
• Conducting legal analysis of legislation and judicial practice, preparing analytical materials and conclusions for forming a legal position.
• Analysis and legal support of clients’ contractual relationships, participation in the preparation, verification and finalization of agreements.
• Participation in the implementation of the strategy for protecting clients’ interests in projects under the guidance of an advisor or senior lawyer.
• Interaction with the team to coordinate tasks within projects and facilitate their implementation at your level.
• Representation of clients’ interests in courts (if you have a bar certificate and appropriate procedural status).
