Job description
Responsibilities:
- analysis of legal documentation of any complexity;
- drafting procedural documents;
- contract work;
- visiting government bodies as part of the implementation of assigned tasks;
- analysis of legislation and judicial practice, preparation of legal opinions, consultations, preparation of publications on legal topics;
- working with international regulations;
- working with international treaties, including those in English;
- working with international registers and databases in English;
- conducting business correspondence with contractors, partners and clients, including in English;
- search for information for the preparation of legal consultations and opinions, including in English;
- communication with international banks and payment systems, including in English.
Requirements:
- higher legal education;
- labor discipline;
- stress resistance;
- punctuality;
- attentiveness;
- English language skills and work experience will be a priority.
Conditions:
- working hours: 5/2 from 10:00 to 18:00 (Saturday, Sunday – weekends);
- probationary period — 1 month; further working conditions are agreed upon based on the results of the probationary period;
- resume and photo are required;
- rate 40,000 UAH + percentage from clients (indicate the desired salary level in the questionnaire).
