Job description
445th Brigade in Search of a Lawyer. The 445th Separate Unmanned Systems Brigade is one of the newest unmanned systems units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The brigade is actively developing, scaling its capabilities and forming new teams of specialists. In its activities, the unit uses a wide range of unmanned systems: bombers, FPV drones, wings, Mavic and ground robotic complexes (GRC).
Requirements
- higher legal education
- knowledge of the requirements of regulatory design techniques, as well as the processes of planning, development and adoption of regulatory acts
- Experience in the security and defense sector would be an advantage
- understanding of public and defense procurement procedures would be an advantage
- strong communication skills for negotiations, preparation of presentations
- ability to work both independently and in a team.
Working conditions
- Mobilization until the end of martial law or service under a contract (transfer from other units is possible with the consent of the commander).
- Cash support from 30,000 to 70,000 hryvnias
- Full provision of uniforms, personal protective equipment and quality food.
- Guaranteed annual basic leave + 10 days additional leave for family reasons.

Responsibilities
- preparation of draft regulatory legal acts in the field of defense procurement
- analysis of regulatory documents from the point of view of legal compliance and possible risks and shortcomings
- providing consultations and legal opinions, as well as proposals for changes to legislation
- interaction with stakeholders to agree on changes to legislation
- work in the format of working groups, committees, preparation of proposals for discussion
- tracking and analysis of changes in legislation
