Job description

For more than 20 years, we have been a reliable and responsible partner and employer. We are looking for a Legal Advisor in the Dispute Resolution Department.
What to do:
- Represent the enterprise in commercial, civil and administrative cases, in enforcement proceedings and in administrative appeal procedures against decisions, actions and inactions of public authorities;
- Provide advice on issues related to legal risks, inspections and relations with government officials;
- To protect individuals in cases of administrative offenses;
- Plan and implement measures aimed at identifying, preventing and reducing legal risks.
Our expectations:
- Completed higher legal education;
- Work experience in the field of law of at least 3 years;
- Experience in participating in legal proceedings;
- Availability of a certificate of the right to practice law;
- In-depth knowledge of Ukrainian legislation and understanding of law enforcement processes;
- Expert knowledge of legal document drafting techniques;
- Skills in forecasting and identifying legal risks, project work;
- Analytical, communication skills, ability to work in a team.
