The lawyer provides legal support to a group of companies in the fields of renewable energy, construction, battery energy storage systems (BESS), gas piston units (GPU), trading and operations. The role covers contractual, corporate and regulatory work, as well as full legal support of projects at all stages – from development to operation.
Main functions
- Preparation, analysis and maintenance of contracts: EPC, O&M, contracting, equipment supply, land lease, PPA and others.
- Corporate support: decisions, protocols, powers of attorney, registers, statutory documentation.
- Interaction with regulators (NKREKP, Derzhenergonahlyd, Ukrenergo, DSO) and support for connections and commissioning.
- Initial analysis of disputes, preparation of materials for external legal partners.
Requirements
- Higher legal education.
- 3+ years of experience in contracting, corporate, or construction/energy.
- Knowledge of commercial, civil, corporate and land legislation; confident work with contracts.
- English – Upper-Intermediate level and above.
