Senior Legal Advisor / Senior Lawyer
Company: ARTCLINIC (part of the international Ovogene group) About the company: Reproductive medicine clinic, Ovogene group of companies is represented in several jurisdictions (Slovakia, Ukraine, Georgia, Portugal, USA, Israel, Albania, Cyprus).
Responsibilities
- Preparation, analysis and approval of contracts of varying complexity
- Identifying legal risks and developing recommendations to minimize them
- Legal support for the company’s international activities
- Preparation and analysis of corporate documentation
- Coordination of the work of external legal consultants in different countries
- Legal support for the clinic’s activities and related business areas
- Monitoring of legislative changes in the jurisdictions of the company’s presence
- Consulting management and participating in negotiations
Requirements
- Higher education
- From 3 years of experience as a lawyer in an international company or law firm
- Strong skills in contract, corporate and international law
- Ability to work with English-language legal documentation
- Attention to detail, responsible attitude, willingness to defend a professional position
- Experience in medicine, healthcare or international business is an advantage

Schedule: Monday – Friday 09:00 – 18:00 (Lviv / hybrid format)
