We launch stellar projects in the iGaming sector that receive recognition and the highest ratings in profile ratings ✨ And yes, supporting a legal and transparent market in Ukraine is a must-have, which is why we were the third in the country to receive a B2B license to provide services in the field of gambling. In 2026, we are actively scaling both projects and the dream. Therefore, to strengthen the Legal department, we are looking for a Middle Legal Specialist. ✅ Your future tasks:
- trademark and copyright registration (Ukraine, EU, USA / USPTO, EUIPO, WIPO), combating infringement – cease & desist, DMCA, platform complaints;
- manage domains and digital assets: due diligence, support for registration, transfer and renewal of domains, monitoring violations and interaction with IP agents;
- represent the company’s interests in disputes: proceedings under UDRP/URS regulations, preparation of procedural documents, coordination with foreign co-counsel;
- prepare and negotiate key agreements: license agreements, NDA, Publisher Agreement, SaaS, API integrations, MSA;
- ensure business compliance: iGaming, Fintech, eCommerce, as well as personal data protection (GDPR, CCPA, cookie compliance) in affiliate programs;
- to support the corporate structure of non-resident companies of the group.
💪 Your skills:
- from 3 years of experience;
- experience in independently drafting contracts from scratch without using templates;
- skills in legal analysis of foreign law (case law, statutory interpretation);
- ability to explain legal risks to a non-technical audience;
- experience in managing multiple cases simultaneously under deadlines;
- Proactivity – you are able to identify risks before, not after, their occurrence;
- commercial thinking – you understand the balance between legal security and business interests;
- experience in structuring deals to minimize IP risks.
🤞 Desirable, but not critical:
- experience working with LegalTech tools;
- experience in the iGaming, Fintech or eCommerce industry.
