About you:
- legal education from any university. We believe in people, not in authoritative names
- you have at least 3 years of relevant work experience in a Ukrainian or international law firm, the legal department of one of the “Big Four” companies or the in-house legal department of a company
- you work with contract law (Ukrainian, American and/or English), corporate law (Ukraine and Cyprus), labor law of Ukraine
- you manage small projects almost independently and want to develop to manage large areas of work with minimal involvement of more experienced colleagues
- you have developed analytical skills
- Are you fluent in Ukrainian?
- Are you proficient in MS Office?
- You have improved your English to a high level: you prepare documents and conduct oral communication with counterparties and contractors.
You will:
- analyze issues and prepare documents related to agreements and corporate governance of the group
- interact with contractors on issues related to legal support of group companies
- prepare first drafts of various types of commercial contracts and negotiate them with counterparties; review drafts of such documents prepared by counterparties (under Ukrainian, American or English law)
- analyze issues related to various staffing structures
- administer and manage issues related to the operation of special equity management and contract management systems
- conduct research and prepare opinions on various corporate and labor law issues, as well as general commercial matters
- assist senior colleagues with personnel recruitment documents (contracts, waivers, notices, etc.)
- manage the work of a legal assistant in administering contracts (signing, storage, etc.)
- provide legal support related to the company’s daily operations

Process: call-getting acquainted with the recruiter — interview with the head of the legal department — test task and its possible defense — offer
