Legal Consultant (Dispute Resolution) @ Deloitte Ukraine
Job description
Who are we looking for?
Must-have:
- 3+ years of experience in legal consulting or bar associations;
- practical experience in advising clients on corporate and tax issues;
- experience in preparing legal opinions, memoranda and procedural documents;
- attorney’s certificate or completion of the process of obtaining it;
- English at the Upper-Intermediate+ level;
- Strong analytical skills and ability to propose practical business solutions .
Nice to have:
- experience in coordinating junior colleagues;
- Experience in practice development, publication preparation, or business development.
Your future role
- advising clients on corporate, tax, labor, civil and other areas of law;
- conducting legal research, analyzing legislation and case law;
- preparation of legal opinions, memoranda, written consultations and procedural documents;
- Independent management of client projects and coordination of the work of junior colleagues;
- participation in Due Diligence, M&A and financial restructuring projects;
- supporting clients during tax audits, as well as representing their interests in tax disputes and litigation;
- holding meetings with clients, preparing proposals and practical solutions for business;
- participation in the development of practice through the preparation of expert materials, business initiatives and professional events.
