We are currently looking for a Middle/Senior Lawyer who is ready to immerse himself in business processes, work with contracts and develop the legal function together with the team.
Tasks that await this role:
- Legal support of Ukrainian corporate structures, including charitable foundation projects.
- Preparation, analysis and negotiation of contracts both within businesses and for infrastructure needs (mostly foreign jurisdictions).
- Conducting KYC of counterparties.
- Participation in the improvement/automation of internal processes (including in the area of contracts and KYC), conducting trainings to improve the level of legal culture.
- Collaboration with internal teams to support business processes and their legal compliance (business teams, finance, auditors, accounting, and others).
- Consulting on legal risks, regulatory changes, and current issues affecting company processes.
- In the future, the focus will be on developing contracts and KYC for individual businesses, as well as building and automating relevant processes.
What is important to us:
- 3+ years of experience in the field of legal support for businesses, including business structuring, contractual matters, and other integral issues in business operations (a basic understanding of international corporate law would be an advantage).
- Excellent skills in drafting, analyzing, and reviewing contracts.
- High level of independence, proactivity.
- Focus on practical solutions that meet business goals.
- Understanding of business processes and the ability to see the big picture of possible risks.
- English: Upper-Intermediate+ — for working with contracts and communication.
- Willingness to develop, multitask, and grow within a team.
