Regulatory Analyst @ lifecell Ukraine

Your role and value:
Systematic analysis of the regulatory environment in the field of electronic communications and radio frequency spectrum: preparation and submission of regulatory reporting and information, tracking legislative changes, assessing their impact on business, preparing analytical materials for company management.
The following interesting tasks await you:
- Formation, consolidation and timely submission of regulatory reporting (including on a quarterly basis) and other information to the National Commission for the Promotion of Economic and Social Development, the Ministry of Digital Economy and other state bodies;
- Monitoring and analysis of changes in the legislation of the sphere of electronic communications and radio frequency spectrum; assessment of their impact on business;
- Development of analytical materials, reports, presentations, proposals for changes and adaptation of the company to new regulatory requirements;
- Collection of information from technical, financial and commercial departments; control of completeness and reliability of data;
- Analysis of new reporting forms and integration of new legislative requirements into the company’s internal processes;
- Support for regulatory projects, preparation of comments for public discussions, representation of the company’s interests at meetings of associations and regulators (willingness to speak at public discussions).
Our expectations from the candidate:
- Work experience of at least 3 years in a similar position or in a related field;
- Higher education (economics, technical in the field of telecommunications or law – priority);
- Experience in preparing reports to government agencies/regulators and responding to official requests;
- Developed analytical skills and strategic thinking, ability to make decisions in changing conditions;
- Confident proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word and information and legal systems (Legislation of Ukraine);
- Fluency in Ukrainian (business style); proficiency in English will be a plus;
- Independence, meeting deadlines, effective interaction with colleagues from related departments.
