Lawyer (Criminal Practice) @ Grain Law Firm

Grain Law Firm is expanding its team and is opening a vacancy for a criminal lawyer. Basic requirements:

• availability of a certificate of the right to practice law;
• excellent theoretical knowledge of criminal law and procedure;
• experience in criminal practice of at least 3 years;
• professional motivation and desire to work in a team;
• full-time employment, willingness to work overtime with an understanding of the specifics of the work of a criminal lawyer;
• conscientiousness and initiative, ability to develop and implement strategies and tactics of defense and representation in criminal proceedings.

Main responsibilities:

• client protection at all stages of criminal proceedings;
• representing the interests of other participants in criminal proceedings during searches, interrogations and other investigative/procedural actions.
