TeamDev is a product IT company with over 30 years of experience and thousands of customers worldwide. We are known for JxBrowser, Spine Event Engine and other products. We are currently expanding our legal department and are looking for a colleague who shares our values of autonomy, responsibility, proactivity and extreme attention to detail. What will you be doing?
- Prepare contracts and compliance documents based on templates and from scratch.
- Review edits from clients, suggest changes with accompanying comments, and advise on negotiation strategy.
- Search and study information about international legal acts and standards (for example, on AI or data privacy).
- Analyze third-party license agreements and open-source licenses.
- Establish compliance processes.
Required knowledge and skills
- At least two years of work as an in-house lawyer in an IT company.
- Higher legal education.
- English at the Upper-intermediate level (both written and oral), knowledge of the rules of business correspondence.
- Understanding of technologies and the software development process.
- High level of technical literacy: confident use of Google services and AI, information search skills.
- Deep understanding of the principles of international treaty and copyright law (USA, EU).
- Experience in concluding contracts.
- Autonomy and proactivity, understanding of the principles of a process-oriented approach.
