Ortynska Law is growing, and we’re in search of a Paralegal (remote) to keep pace. We’re a U.S.-based trademark firm with an expanding client roster, and we are looking for someone detail-oriented, organized, and proactive, with strong communication and time management skills, who prefers a later start to their day. This is a new role built for the long term.
What You’ll Do:
- Prepare legal documents
- Conduct legal research and draft summaries
- Manage deadlines, docketing, and case updates
- Communicate with clients and team members
- Support administrative and marketing tasks
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong English writing and communication skills
- Availability during Eastern Time hours is preferred, not required
- IP law (trademarks/copyright) experience is a plus
