Ortynska Law, a U.S.-based trademark law firm, is hiring a remote Marketing & Communications Specialist to drive our digital presence and support our growing practice.
We are a lean, agile team looking for a self-starter who genuinely loves content, strategy, and brand building. If you are eager to take ownership of marketing activities in a U.S. legal framework and grow alongside a modern IP firm, we’d love to meet you.
What You’ll Do
- Social Media Management: Plan, write, and publish engaging content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant channels.
- Content Creation: Draft insightful articles, success stories, and legal case studies tailored for dynamic B2B and IP clients.
- Events & Webinars: Support the organization, promotion, and execution of webinars, online events, and speaking engagements.
- Digital Advertising Support: Assist in setting up, monitoring, and optimizing targeted digital ad campaigns.
- Website Maintenance: Keep the firm’s website updated with fresh content, news, and service information.
- Full-Spectrum Marketing Support: Handle design materials, email updates, and general brand initiatives typical for a boutique law firm.
- Legal Rankings & Directory Submissions: Prepare and submit applications for key legal directories, rankings, and industry awards.
- Contractor Management: Coordinate and manage external contractors, including PPC specialists, web designers, developers, and others as needed.
What We’re Looking For
- Advanced English (strong written skills are essential) and Native Ukrainian.
- Hands-on experience in SMM, content creation, and digital marketing support.
- High self-motivation, ownership mindset, and eagerness to learn fast.
- A major plus: legal background, experience in IP law or legal marketing.
