IT Support Analyst – Ukraine @ Kinstellar Ukraine
We are looking for a proactive, service-oriented IT Support Analyst to join our Kyiv office. This is an exciting opportunity to become a key point of contact for local IT support, ensuring the smooth operation of workplace systems, office infrastructure, and end-user services.
As an IT Support Analyst, you will provide first-line technical support, ensuring timely resolution of employee issues and a seamless user experience. You will be responsible for managing workplace equipment, supporting onboarding and offboarding processes, and coordinating closely with regional IT teams and external service providers. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining a stable and efficient IT environment while continuously delivering a high level of user satisfaction across the office.
Key responsibilities include:
- Office Equipment Support:— conducting weekly routine checks of office systems and equipment to ensure proper operation. Preparing routine check reports and identifying technical issues.
— troubleshooting office equipment issues and coordinating repairs with service providers. Monitoring and maintaining office routers and internet connectivity, including coordination with internet providers when required.
- Processing and handling local and regional user support requests in accordance with submitted tickets, including monitoring resolution timelines and communicating updates to users.
- Resolving a wide range of operational IT support issues, including technical troubleshooting, user assistance, and ensuring the smooth operation of workplace systems and services.
- Supporting and resolving issues related to the firm’s IT systems, including cooperation with internal and regional IT teams to ensure timely resolution of technical incidents.
- Providing user support with software setup, installation, updates, and basic configuration of workplace applications and systems.
- Supporting and troubleshooting Microsoft Outlook and ensuring the proper functioning of email communication, including resolving issues related to sending and receiving emails.
- Providing applications support.
- Supporting the setup and maintenance of work laptops.
- Supporting the procurement process for IT equipment and work laptops, including:— identifying business and operational equipment needs;
— conducting price monitoring and selecting suppliers;
— coordinating and obtaining approvals from the central office;
— supporting the ordering and delivery process of IT equipment. - Conducting inventory management, audits, and tracking of IT equipment.
- Administration and support of the office access control system.
Key skills and experience required:
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to user support.
- Good understanding of Microsoft Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365 applications.
- Experience supporting Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and workplace productivity tools.
- Basic knowledge of networking principles, internet connectivity, routers, and VPN solutions.
- Experience with laptop deployment, software installation, configuration, and maintenance.
- Familiarity with Citrix environments and remote desktop solutions.
- Ability to manage IT equipment inventory and maintain accurate asset records.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple requests, and work effectively under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with regional and international teams.
- Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and service excellence.
- Good written and spoken English.
