We are looking for a detail-oriented Legal Intern to assist our company’s legal function, namely contract lifecycle management, document archiving and data migration projects as well as other related business activities in the various areas of business operations. This role is essential for ensuring our contract and other legal databases are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with internal policies.

• Contract database management: maintain the electronic legal platform by uploading contract forms and scanning all paper agreements; ensuring all metadata is accurately recorded.
• Archiving & document control: organize digital and paper archives of contracts and other legal documents according to company standards; update internal tracking tables to ensure document completeness.
• Drafting legal documentation: prepare standard documents based on the existing templates.
• Other work under the supervision of Legal Counsel.

• Student (4th-6th year) or recent graduate in Law or International Law.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong writing and editing skills in Ukrainian.
• English at least Upper-Intermediate level (writing) is a must.
• Basic knowledge of Commercial, Civil and Labour Law.
• Willingness to learn how to draft commercial- and labour-related agreements, as well as other legal documents.
• Confident user of MS Office (Word, Excel) and legal databases.

• Highly motivated, a self-starter, and keen to take responsibility.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365.
• English Advanced level (writing).
