We are seeking a motivated Junior Lawyer with 1–2 years of post-graduate experience to join our legal team. The successful candidate will support senior lawyers on a variety of corporate and commercial matters in a dynamic, multi-jurisdictional business environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review and amend NDAs, service agreements, and other standard commercial contracts;
- Conduct legal research and prepare summaries, memoranda and internal guidance under the supervision of senior lawyers;
- Maintain and organise the legal team’s knowledge base, templates and document repositories;
- Support corporate, compliance and entity management matters across multiple jurisdictions;
- Assist with legal projects and other ad hoc tasks as required.
Requirements
- Law degree (LL.B., JD, Master’s in Law, or equivalent legal qualification) from a recognised university;
- 1-2 years of legal experience gained in a law firm, in-house legal team or professional services environment;
- Experience drafting and reviewing commercial agreements is preferred;
- Strong legal research, analytical, organisational and communication skills;
- Interest in corporate and commercial law and willingness to work with multi-jurisdictional structures;
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team;
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher (written and spoken) is essential. The candidate must be able to review, draft, and amend legal documents and contractual wording in English.
Nice to Have
- Experience with technology, SaaS, digital products, wellness or consumer-facing businesses;
- Familiarity with privacy and data protection principles (GDPR or equivalent);
- Experience working with international legal entities and cross-border projects.
