Associate – International Arbitration and Cross-Border Litigation Practice

We invite you to join Asters team for the Associate position (International Arbitration and Cross-Border Litigation Practice).

Requirements

We are pleased to invite you to an interview if:

• You have a law degree (LL.M degree is a plus)
• You are fluent in English
• You have at least 3 years of relevant experience in a law firm or as an in-house lawyer in Dispute Resolution Department (International Arbitration/Cross-Border Litigation)
• You have a good knowledge of procedural law and arbitral proceedings
• You have brilliant drafting skills and strong analytical thinking
• You have communication and negotiation skills

Responsibilities

What we entrust to you:

• Comparative analysis of legislation and case law of Ukraine and other states
• Drafting letters, reports, requests, memoranda, statements, etc
• Preparation/submission of procedural documents
• Representation of the Client in courts, institutions, organizations, enterprises of all types of ownership
• Monitoring of the Client’s court cases
• Participation in negotiations with Client, opponents, public agencies, external specialists, etc
• PR activities (articles, publications, comments, etc.)
