We invite you to join Asters team for the Receptionist position.

Requirements

• Have at least 1 year of relevant work experience (experience in an international company would be a plus)
• Have a bachelor’s degree
• Your English level is not lower than Upper-Intermediate
• Have an excellent proficiency in Ukrainian
• Have outstanding communicative, interpersonal and organizational skills
• Know how to work in a team and have a high level of responsibility

What we entrust to you

• Operate the telephone system – answer incoming calls and transfer them depending on the nature of the call to a relevant person, take messages from callers, respond to inquiries and provide office-related information
• Greet visitors, help visitors with their queries
• Sort and distribute incoming mail
• Assist with filing, scanning, copying, printing documents on request
• Maintain conference room bookings, assist with meeting arrangements
• Monitor Firm’s info resource and transfer information to all relevant parties
• Assist with various aspects of in-house events including assisting with catering, maintenance, hospitality
