Junior Associate @ Jeantet Ukraine

Jeantet Ukraine is an international law firm present in Ukraine for over 20 years. We are currently looking for a Junior Corporate Lawyer with negotiation and analytical skills.

Your Responsibilities:

• Drafting of corporate documents, SPA’s, ancillary documents.
• Manage regulatory and compliance-related issues.
• Interact actively with clients in purchases and sales of companies.

Corporate Lawyer Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in law.
• Strong experience in corporate law and industry knowledge on sale and purchase transactions.
• Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and research skills.
