Associate – Real Estate & Construction @ Asters

We invite you to join the Asters team for the Associate (Real Estate & Construction Practice) position.

We are pleased to invite you to an interview if:

• You have a law degree (LL.M degree is a plus)
• You have 3+ years of relevant experience in a law firm
• You have a good knowledge of real estate, construction and land law
• You have good drafting skills and strong analytical thinking
• You have good communication and self-organization skills
• You are fluent in English

What we entrust to you:

• Taking part in real estate, construction and corporate projects
• Preparing/updating/reviewing legal documents
• Drafting agreements, legal memoranda, legal opinions
• Analyzing and providing recommendations on a range of legal issues raised by clients
• PR activities (articles, publications, comments, etc.)
