Responsibilities:
- Export control and licensing work
- Supporting client projects in commercial and administrative law
- Possibility to engage with client products: technology, IT, natural sciences, physics
Requirements:
- Legal education (Master’s preferred)
- Mid-levels: 2+ years of full-time post-qualification experience
- Seniors: 4+ years of full-time post-qualification experience
- Ukrainian – fluent, 🇬🇧 English – B2 required, higher proficiency preferred
- Interest in the defence sector and technology
- Based in Kyiv
Nice to have:
- 3+ years of law firm experience (mid-levels) or 5+ years of law firm experience (Seniors)
- Experience in M&A, IP or International trade
- English C1 and additional languages (especially Scandinavian languages, German, French)
- Experience in M&A, IP or litigation
- Ability to travel
- Priority is given to veterans
Soft skills:
- Initiative and ability to work independently
- Problem-solving and results orientation
- Client focus and team collaboration
